Having problems paying online? To mitigate fraudulent transactions, it is now required for users making payments online to enter the exact billing address for the credit/debit card being used for payment. As users are getting the “address not matching” error message, it indicates that their address with their institution is not matching so they are required to contact said institution to verify and possibly correct the billing address for their method of payment before trying again.
